Just curious what the average price for a good set of BRW. Most of what I saw at ASIA was between $500 and $800.

thanks
Richard

I would say $500 is for the low end of the spectrum. Average decent set goes for $800 to $900 with premium (or Imperial as they call it in Brazil) can go from $1300 and up.

depends where you get it from... Serge deJonge had sets for sale at the Montreal Guitar show .. 1000 Cdn. There was nothing wrong with any of them ....

Brazilian isn't cheap. Realistically if you want good stock $800 on up. You can get lucky on some lower cost sets but again that is a shot in the dark. It is not uncommon to pay $1500 for premium grade.
